The Report and Final Recommendations of the Literacy Commission.
A comprehensive series of recommendations have been announced by the Literacy Commission to tackle literacy problems in Scotland and SPTC is pleased to host the full report online.
The Commission which included leading figures from education, academia, business and culture have studied different approaches to tackling literacy problems and have called for a ‘zero tolerance approach’ towards addressing these problems.
