Teaching Road Safety

"Brake" is a national road safety charity and runs a number of initiatives to help promote road safety to teachers and children. These include:

- The Record Breaking Walking Bus

- Brake & FedEx Road Safety Academy - Brake can offer FREE training to teachers on teaching road safety to youngsters (Primary and Secondary)

- FREE resources for teachers - they produce a free hard hitting DVD "Too Young to Die" aimed at older teenagers. Brake also work with victims of road crashes who can visit schools to lead discussions following the DVD and talk about their own experiences
