Scottish Play Commission

The Play Commission want your opinions on the state of play in Scotland.

The Play Commission was launched in December 2007 by Play Scotland to enable them to provide key recommendations to the Scottish Government regarding improving children's play opportunities in Scotland and making the Children's Right to Play (UNCRC Article 13) a reality and to support the development of a National Play Strategy for Scotland.

The Play Commission will enable Play Scotland to gather a wide range of views through events and an online forum. A full report and recommendations will be published in May 2008.

The Play Commission Online Discussion is now available for you to contribute your own opinions and ideas. This online forum will be available until the end of March 2008.

Some topic areas are already in place to get people started with general discussion, although topics can be changed or added if relevant.
