School Bullies should be put into care

SPTC's Development Manager attacked the idea that school bullies should be removed from their families and put into foster care.

The idea came from Rev. Ewan Aitken, spokesman for COSLA, the local authority umbrella group.

Judith Gillespie from the SPTC commented: "It is unacceptable because it is a very cruel punishment."
